What are crystals?

How long will it take to receive my order?
If your order is made & ready then it will be sent to you ideally within 2 business days. However, because it is just me there may be delays at times of up to 5 business days.
If your order is custom or needs to be made, then it will be sent to you within 4-10 business days depending on how many orders I have to get through.
If it is urgent, such as a gift to someone, please contact me and I will try my best to get it to you as soon as possible.
Once your order is with the courier, it should take 1-3 business days to be delivered to you unless you are rural then it can take longer. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is picked up by the courier. Delivery is through ‘go sweet spot’. Our Shipping Policy can be found here
Where do you ship to?
Our website is currently only set up to send to shoppers within New Zealand and Australia. Unless your order is in a PDF document.
If you are located overseas and wish to order something, then please contact us through email hello@ascensionofvenus.com with what you are after, and we can organise shipping and payment through PayPal or Wise.
We aim to extend out to the wider world soon, so keep an eye out!

What type of packaging do you use?
We use Earth-friendly & sustainable packaging. We do this by sometimes reusing packaging that we get from our suppliers, which means that some packaging might not be on brand, deemed “new”, or recyclable/compostable. Otherwise, we use positive packaging choices for the planet.
Our tape/stickers are home compostable, made out of rice paper, soy-based ink and non toxic adhesive.
Our ‘thank you’ cards and business cards are printed with a company that is carbon neutral and plants a native tree with every print order, which helps to recover threatened ecosystems around the globe. They are made with uncoated and sustainably sourced paper, which makes them easily recyclable, although we have designed them in a way so that you can re-use them as a bookmark or inspiration.
We use wood wool as protection if needed - this is an environmentally friendly option instead of bubble wrap or packing peanuts. If we do use bubble wrap/packaging peanuts in your order, it is being reused.
The boxes that we use are made of environmentally friendly cardboard and 100% recyclable.
All courier bags are either compostable, recyclable, and made with waste or recycled materials to give them a second life.
We are deeply committed to limiting plastic waste and being as sustainable as possible - both in business and in our personal life. Through choosing to support environmentally friendly brands and businesses, we help to reduce the negative impact that waste can have on the environment.
Where can I get crystal meanings from?
Crystal meanings and properties can be found on each crystal's product page, which you can look up using the search bar. If you have any questions about certain crystals, feel free to reach out via social media or email.
We don't print out crystal meanings for orders, sorry! This is an environmentally-conscious choice.
Are your crystals ethically sourced?
Yes, we care deeply about our Earth, the land and its people. We only work with companies that are also ethical. Our crystal suppliers all source their crystals ethically, and we have seen photos of this work in action.
What do I do if I am buying something as a gift?
Please leave me a note at checkout along with a message you would like to be handwritten and sent with the order - if you choose to do this, please keep it minimal with a few sentences max. There won’t be any invoice included with the order.
Can I stock or resell your products?

Can I use an image from your website?
No - Images on this website belong to Ascension of Venus. If you wish to use an image, please contact us first.
Crystal Disclaimer
Each crystal and crystal creation is unique in size, shape, colour, and natural patterning - even if they have the same name. The item you receive may differ slightly from website images unless the listing is for that exact item.
