Refund policy
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues with it such as a product arriving faulty or damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please contact us through email (hello@ascensionofvenus.com) with photos and within 72 hours (3 days) of receiving your order for us to evaluate and correct the issue.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and be able to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you need to return a product, please note that delivery costs may be at your own expense depending on the reason it is being returned.
Returns, exchanges and refunds will not be accepted regarding a crystal's natural characteristics. Crystals are natural items and it is common for them to have some shedding of small particles. However, if you notice any abnormal or large chips, do not hesitate to contact us with photos within the 72 hour time period of receiving it.
Ascension of Venus does not offer refunds, exchanges or returns due to change of mind. We also do not offer returns on made-to-order and custom products, due to the time already spent on these products.
Ascension of Venus is not responsible for loss or damage to orders that are delivered to an incorrect address.
