Shipping policy

Packaging & Shipping:

We take great care in ensuring your order is well packed, protected, and safe for its transit to you.

Ascension of Venus aims to package parcels within 2 business days, with a maximum packaging time of 3-5 business days (unless stated otherwise) before it is picked up by the courier.

This does not include the time that it takes for the courier service to deliver it to you.

Once your order is with the courier, it should take 1-3 business days to be delivered to you - this is dependent on your location, the courier company and their demand.

You will have a tracking number emailed to you once the courier driver picks up your parcel, which you can use to check your order updates. Delivery is done through the service ‘go sweet spot’. If you have any queries, please email us at hello@ascensionofvenus.com

Please ensure you choose the correct shipping address & option when checking out. If your address is seen to be rural at the time of processing and the incorrect shipping charge was applied, you will then be notified via email. Once all shipping costs have been paid your item(s) will be shipped.

If your order is custom or needs to be made, then it will be sent to you within 3-21 business days depending on the level of demand and product that is to be made.

If your order is urgent, such as a gift to someone, please contact hello@ascensionofvenus.com and we will try our best to get it out to you as soon as possible.

Packaging:

We use Earth-friendly & sustainable packaging. We do this by sometimes reusing packaging that we get from our suppliers, which means that some packaging might not be on brand, deemed “new”, or recyclable/compostable. Otherwise, we use positive packaging choices for the planet.

Our tape/stickers are home compostable, made out of rice paper, soy-based ink and non toxic adhesive.

Our ‘thank you’ cards and business cards are printed with a company that is carbon neutral and plants a native tree with every print order, which helps to recover threatened ecosystems around the globe. They are made with uncoated and sustainably sourced paper, which makes them easily recyclable.

We use wood wool as protection if needed - this is an environmentally friendly option instead of bubble wrap or packing peanuts. If we do use bubble wrap/packaging peanuts in your order, it is being reused.

The boxes that we use are made of environmentally friendly cardboard and 100% recyclable.

All courier bags are either compostable, recyclable and made with waste or recycled materials to give them a second life.

We are deeply committed to limiting plastic waste and being as sustainable as possible - both in business and in our personal life. Through choosing to support environmentally friendly brands and businesses, we help to reduce the negative impact that waste can have on the environment.

Shipping is calculated at checkout, depending on weight and location.
